The journey starts here! Complete our client application form to officially inquire about working together. This is where you share more about your business, your vision, and your goals—it’s quick, easy, and helps us understand how we can best support you.
Step 02 — Free connection call
Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll reach out to schedule a virtual connection call. Think of this as a laid-back chat where we get to know each other. It’s fun, informal, and completely free—like a casual coffee date, but over Zoom!
Step 03 — Personalized quote
The final step is straightforward: we’ll send over a tailored project proposal and quote. Once approved and the first installment is paid, we’ll get to work on bringing your vision to life!

Now that we’re all set to work together, it’s time to bring your brand vision to life! This phase is where the creative process begins—starting with strategy, moving into design, and finally, refining your brand (and website) until it feels perfect. Together, we’ll build something that truly represents your business and speaks to your audience.
Phase 01 — North Star
Ready to do a deepdive into your brand’s personality, values + foundation? Our 1-hour North Star Brand Meeting is a collaborative exploration of your brand’s vision, ideal audience, and unique position. This is where we lay the groundwork for our creative designs.
Phase 02 — Design
This is where your brand begins to take shape. Using the foundation we’ve built, we’ll craft logo concepts, explore typography, and develop a color palette that aligns with your vision. Each element will be designed to reflect your brand’s personality and resonate with your audience. You’ll receive a detailed presentation showcasing the creative direction, complete with explanations behind every design decision.
Phase 03 — Refinement
Collaboration is key in this stage. You’ll review the initial concepts and provide feedback, which we’ll use to refine and polish your brand identity. Together, we’ll perfect the design until it feels just right—capturing your vision while ensuring it remains strategic and impactful.
Phase 04 — Launch
With everything finalized, we’ll deliver your complete brand package (and website), including all logo variations, color codes, fonts, and a comprehensive brand guideline to ensure consistency moving forward. You’ll also receive custom launch graphics to introduce your new brand to the world with confidence. It’s time to step into the spotlight!
